Everything you need to know about ordering, delivery, installation and choosing the right pendant lights for your kitchen.

  • Yes. All of our pendant lights are available to purchase individually. Some designs are also available in pre-made sets, making it easier to choose the right quantity for your kitchen island.

  • Yes. Many of our pendant lights are available in sets designed specifically for kitchen islands. Where available, you can select the quantity or set size directly on the product page.

  • We use lifestyle images showing multiple pendants to help demonstrate how the lights can look when installed over a kitchen island. Unless otherwise stated, each pendant can still be purchased individually.

  • Light bulbs are not included unless the product has an integrated LED light source. Please check the individual product description for the bulb type required or confirmation that LED lighting is integrated.

  • This depends on the size of your island, the width of the pendant and the overall look you want to achieve. Two pendants can work well over smaller islands, while three are a popular choice for standard-sized islands. Larger islands may suit three or more. We always recommend checking the product dimensions before ordering.

  • Our standard dispatch time is 3–7 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you tracking details so you can follow the delivery.

  • We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.

  • Standard delivery is £4.99 on orders under £99. Orders over £99 qualify for free standard delivery.

  • Yes. Express dispatch is available on selected products and takes 1–3 working days. Express delivery costs £7.50, regardless of the order value.

  • All orders are sent using a tracked courier service. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you tracking information by email. This will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery directly with the courier.

  • The Kitchen Pendant Company is a UK-based family business. We specialise in pendant lighting for kitchens and dining spaces, with a carefully selected range chosen for quality, style and suitability for UK homes.

  • Yes. All customer orders are dispatched from the UK using a tracked courier service. We do not ship customer orders directly from China.

  • Our range is selected specifically for UK customers, with orders fulfilled from the UK. Individual product availability and dispatch times are shown on each product page.

  • Yes. If you have any questions about size, finish, quantity, delivery or suitability, please get in touch before ordering and we’ll be happy to help.

  • Yes. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to our Returns Policy.

  • Returned items should be unused, uninstalled and in their original condition and packaging. Please check the product carefully before installation.
